Staff-Parish Relations

The Staff-Parish Relations Committee serves as the church’s human resources department and is involved in all personnel activities, including hiring and disciplinary actions.  It assesses job performance of the staff and pastor.  It also confers and consults with the district superintendent, as necessary.
